My name is Lucia, and I am half German, half Ecuadorian. I have been fortunate to live in several countries, including the USA, Spain, and Italy. These experiences not only allowed me to learn different languages but also to understand and appreciate diverse cultures and perspectives. Through my bicultural upbringing and the people I have met along the way, I have developed deep cultural sensitivity and a genuine curiosity about others.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and grounded in genuine curiosity. I see therapy as a shared space where clients can explore their experiences safely and without judgment. Building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work — I believe that real change can only happen in an atmosphere of empathy, acceptance, and understanding.

In my work, I combine evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). When appropriate, I also integrate elements of music therapy, as I find that creativity and expression can reach parts of ourselves that words sometimes cannot.

Having lived in different countries and worked with people from diverse backgrounds, I bring a strong sense of cultural awareness and flexibility into my sessions. I aim to meet each person where they are, adapting the process to their unique needs and pace.

At the core, I believe that awareness, empathy, and connection are the first steps toward healing — and that therapy can be a meaningful journey of self-discovery and growth
